A University of Iowa business and pre-law major, Dave Simms, found himself in the real estate arena shortly after college. During his tenure with Skogman Homes, he earned his real estate license in 1973 and his broker license in 1974. Since then, Dave has garnered a wealth of experience in many areas of the real estate industryincluding project management, building, development, budgeting, VA and FHA home loan approval, advertising, sales and marketing.

Tons of restaurants, countless tourist attractions and many civic events all made this the absolute best choice for our lifestyle. We moved here in early Spring of 1996. I worked as a Yacht Broker and owned or co-owned a Yacht Brokerage Firm until Real Estate demands required a100% time commitment and focus.”
